Museveni’s message was delivered by his works minister, General Katumba Wamala, during the deceased’s requiem mass at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Sub-Parish Church, Mpereerwe (Kawempe Division) on Saturday, November 28.

The president donated sh10m towards the burial arrangements.

Nakaggwa’s requiem mass at the sub-parish church and her subsequent burial function at her home in Mpereerwe was presided over by Msgr. John Baptist Ssebayigga.

The minister of state for primary education, Hon Rosemary Senninde, the area MP Hon Latif Ssebaggala and the area Division Mayor, Dr Emmanuel Sserunjoji Ow’eddembe were among the mourners.
