By Aaron Humes: By an advertisement in the newspapers, former Prime Minister has announced that he is returning to the practice he co-founded in or about 1989, Barrow and Williams LLP and they have heartily welcomed him back.

Barrow, a Senior Counsel, is senior partner along with Senior Counsel Rodwell Williams and others, and will head up the firm’s litigation practice.

Barrow had previously partnered with his late uncle, Dean Lindo, before setting out on his own.

Over a busy political and legal career, he has taken on many cases, including and in some quarters infamously, Lord Michael Ashcroft and his concerns.

Barrow, 69, concluded his political career last week after three terms as Prime Minister, eight as area representative for Queen Square, and more than three decades in the Legislature and later Executive.
